X Leg is the virtual leg of Pilgrim Cross – a pilgrim community you can join from the comfort of your sofa.  X Leg is an online ‘journey of the mind’ for those who, for any reason, are unable to join one of the walking legs but still want to be part of the pilgrimage. There is the opportunity to join the rest of the pilgrimage for the Easter weekend liturgies in Walsingham in person, or via live video links.

We’re committed, through Pilgrim Cross, to being officialy LGBTQ+ friendly this year. We’re open to people of all faiths and those who are questioning, a bit like our godparent Northern Leg of Pilgrim Cross, with whose help we were born.

We’ve been having a PowWow regularly on Zoom throughout the year. This has kept us all in touch and given us lots of fruitful discussions, fun and support. Regular pilgrims or anyone thinking of joining us are welcome to join in – just get in touch via the contact form on the website or our social media. We’re looking forward to meeting up with new and old pilgrims for Holy Week 2027.
